What to Expect at Your Consultation
A clear, step-by-step guide to your visit
Your consultation is a confidential, unhurried conversation. There is no obligation to proceed with anything discussed — my only aim is to give you clear, expert guidance about your options.
A warm welcome
You will be greeted by our team and invited to complete a brief symptom questionnaire. There is no need to bring anything specific, though any relevant letters, scan reports, or test results are always helpful.
History & listening
Mr Chaudhri will take a full history of your symptoms — when they started, how they affect your daily life, and what has been tried before. This is your opportunity to explain everything in your own words, without feeling rushed.
Focused clinical examination
A targeted physical examination is performed only when it will directly inform your management. You will always be told what is involved beforehand, and a chaperone is available upon request. Your comfort and dignity are paramount.
Your personalised plan
Mr Chaudhri will explain his findings clearly, outline all available options — conservative, interventional, and surgical — and give his recommendation. You will receive a written clinic letter summarising exactly what was discussed and agreed within a day.
Ongoing access & follow-up
Should further investigations or a procedure be arranged, our team will coordinate everything efficiently. You are welcome to contact the clinic with any questions that arise between appointments — you will never feel left without support.
Our Commitment to You
Complete confidentiality
All consultations are entirely private. Records are never shared without your explicit consent.
Appointments on your schedule
Daytime, evening, and weekend slots are available to fit around your commitments.
No pressure, no obligation
You are in control. A consultation is simply expert advice — proceeding is always your decision.
